Team 24 faced the challenge of creating a comprehensive psychological support platform for employees of companies, aiming to increase the number of corporate clients and, consequently, the business volume. The platform needed to cater to employees’ mental well-being while providing companies with a way to manage and track their employee wellness programs.

THE SOLUTION:

Dev2Grow developed a complete solution that included the backend, a management backoffice, a user app, and dedicated portals for users, psychologists, and HR departments. Key features such as audio/video calls, chat functionality, and wellness content were integrated into the platform to ensure accessibility and usability. The UI/UX design was specifically created to meet the diverse needs of all users, ensuring an easy-to-use experience across all devices.

THE RESULTS:

The project was a resounding success, with significant growth in the number of new companies and thousands of new users utilizing both the mobile app and web portals. This led to a notable increase in Team 24’s business volume and platform adoption.
